Welcome to EmployAbility Wexford
EmployAbility Wexford is a countywide employment and recruitment service set up to assist people with a disability to secure and maintain a job in the open labour market. The service is managed by Wexford Consortium for Supported Employment CLG (WCSE CLG). WCSE CLG began as a pilot programme in 2001, became incorporated as a limited company in June 2004 and is managed by an independent voluntary Board of Directors comprised of representatives from:

- CUMAS New Ross
- Co Wexford Community Workshop (Enniscorthy) Ltd
- St. Aidan’s Services, Gorey
- Wexford Local Development
- National Learning Network, Wexford
- Health Service Executive, Wexford
- Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection Wexford
EmployAbility Wexford was accredited with the NSAI Excellence Through People certification again in 2018/2019.
